Terms & Conditions
General Comments
• Bookings are from 4 p.m. on the Saturday and cottages must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure unless by special arrangement.
• On arrival please report to the Farmhouse.
• Short breaks may he available but only at short notice. Please enquire 3 night breaks at half weekly rate.
• All bed linen is provided, laundry facilities are available.
• Ample car parking space is provided.
• The nearest shopping centre, bank, post office etc. is approximately 1.5 miles away, two pubs are half a mile away.
• Cots, highchairs and folding beds are available at £20 each per week, bookable in advance.
• Initial supplies of salt, pepper and toilet rolls are provided, and basic provisions can he ordered by pre-arrangement.
• No Smoking is allowed inside the cottages.
• While dogs are not encouraged, they may he allowed by special arrangement at a cost of £20 per week.
Booking Conditions
• A non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total rent is required with your booking form. The balance becomes due 6, weeks prior to start of holiday. Late bookings payable immediately on arrival.
• In the event of cancellation after the due date for the final payment, the client is liable for full payment. It is recommended that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance.
• Cheques should he made payable to E. J. Dobbs.
• Telephone reservations will he held for 5 days pending receipt of booking form and deposit.
• No responsibility can he accepted for loss or damage to any car or its contents.
• The use of all amenities is entirely at the user's risk.
• Within reason, guests are liable for any damage to the property or its contents.
